What is the Cancellation Policy?
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 2 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 2 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. The portion of the booking that does not qualify for refund, minus any taxes and processing fees, will be placed on a voucher that can be used toward a future booking at Sanctuary Shores.
I am planning on cooking during our stay. What pots, pans, casserole dishes, etc are at Sanctuary Shores?
Sanctuary Shores is stocked with all your cooking basics. Sharing in family meals is a big part of the cabin experience. Cookware includes: 2 stock pots, one 8 quart and one 4 quarts; 2 pots, one 3 quart and one 2 quart; 3 skillets, the largest being 5 quarts; 3 casserole pans, 2 full and 1 half pan; 3 baking sheets, 1 full and 2 half sheets; crockpot; rice cooker
Where can we rent boats or watercrafts during our stay?

Located near Douglas Dam, roughly a 25 minute drive from Sanctuary Shores. This is a great place to get your boat in the water and the closest gas at just 15 minutes by water. Boat rental is available, definitely call ahead to reserve. You can grab a bite to eat at The Harbor Grill.

Also a 25 minute car ride from Sanctuary Shores. Here you will find the biggest selections of boats and watercrafts. A bit farther by water, but the views of the Mountains while your on the lake are definitely worth it.

Roughly a 35 minute car ride from Sanctuary Shores, Lighthouse Pointe is a short ride from downtown Dandridge and is in close proximity to Mountain Cove Marina. Great customer service. Call ahead to reserve your rental
What options are there for getting to attractions other than Uber or Lyft?
- It is easier to come in through the construction entrance with a boat/trailer
- From Flat creek Rd turn left onto White Timberlake Rd.
- Once on White Timberlake Rd the construction entrance is a gravel road on the right
- Turn right down the gravel road and you will come to a gate. The Gate Code is 5252
- The storage lot will be on the left just past the gate. Boats and Trailers can be stored in this lot. It is fenced, but not locked.
- Public Boat Ramp at Rocky Top Rd about a mile from the house
- This is a nice close spot to put in depending on the season as water levels are dropped off season
- Put the address 980 Rocky Top Rd. into your GPS for directions

- Public ramp located near Smoky Mountain Lakeside RV resort and Marina. There is a pay ramp at the marina as well

- Smoky Mtn Deer Farm and Exotic Petting Zoo- A truly interactive experience with a wide array of animals, camels, zebra, goats, elk, emu and of course deer. - Parrot Mountain and Gardens- Walk through 4 acres beautiful landscape with paved paths leading you past uniquely designed parrot cottages and tropical birds on perches. - Blowing Cave General Store and Mill: Mill Tours: Available for $8 per person, showcasing the mill's history as a grist mill, post office, and hospital during the Civil War.
